Pastry is one of the hottest new lines on the market for the Urban Fashionista! Pastry is a line of shoes, bags, and apparel designed by the dynamic duo, Vanessa & Angela Simmons. What makes this line so "FAB" is because the line is designed around tasty desserts and have some of the most yummy names. Pastry Shoes and VA Simmons are also on a mission to help change the attitudes of young females through their philantropy with the Girl Scouts of America.

I was first introduced to Pastry Shoes in 2007 when I was working as an Assistant Fashion Coordinator for Seventeen Magazine's Rock The Runway 2007. My first instinct was that the shoes were hot and that I needed a pair. Little did I know, the shoes I was dressing models in would blow up into a major empire!
