The Perfect Fit with Undergarments

I agree with Nielson, underwear is essential and should fit you properly. Ill fitted undergarments can over enhance unflattering assets as well as create excess baggage - so to speak. Underwear is the foundation of every outfit and to create the perfect fashion statement, we must look fabulous underneath. Here is how your foundations should fit:

Bras: Depending on your cup size your coverage and support will vary. In general, we all need a bra that lifts from underneath and expands to cover the sides and top that we're not 'spilling' over(Think froth from hot chocolate). If you have a larger bust then be sure to get a nice structured bra that keeps the girls at attention. For my ladies with a little less on top, try a padded bra or one where you can insert fillets to give you that extra Oomph!

Underwear: Not all underwear are created equal! There are as many types of underwear as there are haircolors. The key is to wear the proper underwear for what type of bottoms or outfit that you're wearing. For form fitted bottoms try a thong panty or for more coverage, a full seamless panty will do. For your denim be cute and have fun, wear boyshorts, lace, frills or whatever tickles your fancy. Just remember, whatever height your bottoms come to your panty should also. So if you're wearing your favorite low rise denim, be sure to wear a low rise panty also, because no one wants to know what color underwear you're sporting.

Body Shapers: For those of us who don't quite have that Hollywood body yet, we do what I like to call "Fake it, 'til you Make it".
